Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your city.

  • Free shipping is available on domestic orders above PKR 20,000

  • Delays may occur during seasonal sales, new launches, or holidays.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries.

  • Delivery timelines range between 7–14 working days.

  • Shipping charges vary depending on location and weight.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes & Duties (for shipments outside Pakistan)

  • Prices shown on the website do not include local taxes, duties, or customs charges (where applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for paying all municipal taxes, import duties, and additional charges at the time of delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for customers within Pakistan only.

  • A valid phone number is required to confirm COD orders.

  • Customers must pay the exact cash amount to the courier at delivery.

  • Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases.

Prepaid Orders

  • Payments can be made securely via Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer, and Mobile Wallets.

  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing.

Delivery Terms & Liability

  • Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking ID by SMS/email.

  • We are not liable for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses may result in failed or delayed deliveries.
