We strive to deliver your orders in a smooth, timely, and secure manner. Please read our shipping policies carefully before placing an order.
Shipping within Pakistan
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your city/region.
During sales, new launches, or peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.
International Shipping (if applicable)
Currently, we ship to selected countries outside Pakistan.
Shipping rates and timelines vary depending on the destination.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is available for all orders within Pakistan.
A valid phone number must be provided at checkout for order confirmation.
Customers are requested to pay the exact amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
COD orders may require a confirmation call or SMS before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be canceled.
Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in restrictions on placing future orders
Prepaid Orders
Payments can be made via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash
Prepaid orders are processed immediately without the need for confirmation calls.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
Shipping timelines are estimates; unexpected delays due to courier services, weather, or strikes are beyond our control.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.
In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may re attempt, after which the order may be returned to us.
Order Issues & Support
If your package is delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of the expected delivery.
