EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Any item purchased from GuleNoor is able to be exchanged or returned if the following conditions are met:

REFUND:

Refunds can only be granted only in the event that the product is discovered to be damaged or the product received is not as described in the order. GuleNoor must be informed by writing within 12 hours of receiving the item. It is required that the damaged item be returned at GuleNoor with the original packaging, labels as well as the price tag. Refunds will be made once GuleNoor has received the item and determined the source of the damage. The refund will be issued to the credit card used to make the initial purchase. You will receive credit for the amount for the item(s) as well as any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are not refundable. The refund process can take anywhere from two to three weeks. After the order has been processed, it is not refundable or canceled except in the event the product is damaged or not that was delivered as stated in the previous paragraph.

Note that refunds in the event of a refund will be deducted from bank fees. GuleNoor will not bear any charges imposed by banks on credit card transactions, including the cost of refunds, and any exchange rate differentials if that is imposed on the customer by the bank. GuleNoor will be pleased to provide any documentation when requested by the customer.

EXCHANGE:

Please ensure you select the correct size when you place your order. GuleNoor has no policy of re-ordering the size on an incorrect size, however at our choice, GuleNoor may accommodate its customers and swap the size in accordance with the exchange policy, but the shipping costs are applied.

The request for an exchange must be submitted no later than 12 hours from the time you received the item via courier. If the item isn't utilized, all tags are in good condition and you have the original invoice in your possession which means you're able to proceed in the exchange.

There is no refund or exchange for SALE items or products made to order and a custom-made or customized order.

Make sure that when you place your order that the size you want that you send to GuleNoor is done by a skilled tailor master, not by you. If you need to make minor changes, you can make use of GuleNoor's size charts.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You can cancel your order prior to the order being in the process. Once the item is shipped our policy of exchange and refund is in effect. GuleNoor has the authority to cancel orders due to reasons like; the item is not available, pricing mistakes, as well as a credit card purchase, which was rejected by the financial institution.

PRODUCT DISCLOSURE:

GuleNoor endeavors to ensure that the descriptions and images of products are as exact as they can be however, the lighting conditions during the time of photography and on mobile phones, tablets, or computer devices used to browse our website could result in minor differences between the images of products on our website in comparison to the real product. GuleNoor is entitled to make minor adjustments in embellishments at any time.
